The hotel offered good value for money with some minor drawbacks. The rooms had a musky odour but were generally comfortable, located above the gym. The service was lacking clear directions to the car park and reception wasn't overly friendly on Saturdays. The location was excellent, close to everything with plenty of dining options, although lacking cleaning tools for BBQ and a bin. The dining experience was available in the ground floor cafe with fresh croissants. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel offers lovely, very clean, spacious, and modern rooms. The outside look is inviting, and the pool, though not heated, is lovely, especially at night when it lights up. However, noise from workers at 6 am and music from other apartments can disrupt sleep, and a faint smell of smoke may linger upon arrival.
During our last stay, the hotel had a very small room but excellent good location. The rooms were so hot, which was a downside. The service was very friendly and helpful, making the checking in/out very easy and quick. The hotel's location was good, with fantastic proximity to the Cowboys Leagues Club and the Cowboys Footy Grounds. The dining experience was available in the cafe on the ground floor, and the facilities were satisfactory.
